Pack Your Items
Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all original tags and protective liners are still in place.
Print & Attach Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.
Drop Off & Track
Drop your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
